You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. Coins are virtual credits used exclusively to access AI transformation features on the Platform. Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and hold no monetary value. The AI transformations generated through the Platform are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial streaming use only.
FAZESWAPS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and any remaining coin balance may be forfeited without compensation.
